How To Lose Weight With Fitness Bootcamp Exercises

Are you tired of feeling sluggish, irritable and bloated? Do you feel tired before your day is even half done? Do you wake up tired each and every day? If you answered yes to one or all of these questions, ask yourself one more: are you in shape?

Not being fit causes a myriad of problems that range from the physical to the emotional. If you have never been in shape you might not even realize how good you could actually feel every day. If you have been in shape, but life changes have caused you to lose your fitness level, you might have fond memories of how good you used to feel. The truth is, you can get those great feelings back with bootcamp exercises.

Bootcamp Exercises Help No Matter What Your Fitness Level

Maybe you aren’t experiencing the ill effects of not being fit, but instead have reached a plateau in your workout regimen. It happens even to professional athletes. And one of the best ways to do it is by incorporating bootcamp exercises into your regular workout. Read more about How To Lose Weight With Fitness Bootcamp Exercises →

Weight Loss Options

You know you need to lose weight but perhaps you are not yet ready for fitness bootcamp. You could be shy and not want to start working out with people you don’t know. That is understandable but you should remember that most people going to a bootcamp are in the same position. They are there to lose weight and tone up.

You may be considering other weight loss options of which there are many! There are some great ones and some not so good ones. Here we try to give you an outline of the ones you could try and ones you should avoid.

Which Weightloss Options to Avoid

1. Weight loss pills

Unless your doctor has prescribed you a weight loss pill, don’t be tempted by these products. Not only do they not work on a long term basis but they can be very damaging to your health. You could lose weight but as soon as you stop taking the pills the weight will creep back on. Forget about what the adverts on TV say. There is no quick and easy solution to losing weight. If there was, we wouldn’t be in the middle of an obesity epidemic at the moment.

2. Fasting

While there is nothing wrong with doing a short detox plan, the key is the word short. Long term fasting is bad for you in a number of ways. Not only will your body suffer but your mind will as well. We all need vital vitamins and minerals to stay alert, stay in control of our emotions and above all to be happy. Long term fasting doesn’t achieve anything and is best avoided. If you do an odd day fasting here and there make sure you avoid strenuous activity at these times. You should never work out when you are fasting as you are bound to experience light headedness and perhaps also palpitations. Read more about Weight Loss Options →

Fitness Bootcamp – 30 Minutes A Day Can Lead To Permanent Weight Loss

If you are serious about reaching your ideal weight, you should try a fitness bootcamp. 30 minutes a day can result in you reaching your weight loss goals. What is even more important is that you are more likely to keep the excess pounds off if you lose weight gradually and get fit by completing a realistic exercise program. Not everyone wants to work out for 60 minutes or more every day. In fact in our time pressed society, it is often hard to find an hour a week never mind a day. Also if you are not physically fit, trying to train too much can result in injury. You could also find yourself getting bored very quickly and you will end up skipping sessions.

30 minute workouts are fast but effective

Why not try some 30 minute workouts for yourself? Not only are you less likely to get bored but you should be able to fit in at least five sessions a week. You will feel much better and as exercise helps to sharpen your focus and get those brain cells moving, you should be more effective in your job and your home life.

What type of exercise program can you follow?

Basically whichever type interests you the most. Some people want to dance their way to fitness and for them the Zumba workouts are probably the best. But not everyone has an interest in dance. Some prefer to kick box, others want a cardio workout while others may want to work on their muscle definition. 5 Top Tips To Lose Weight At Fitness Bootcamp

Although every good fitness bootcamp will provide you with tips on nutrition, there are some things you can do now to boost the amount of weight you lose during your workout.

1. Start preparing meals from scratch.

Processed foods, even the so called diet variety, have lots of hidden calories. Assuming you make healthy foods at home, you will reduce your calorie consumption immediately. Try eating food as close to its natural state as possible. Lightly steam fresh vegetables as you will burn up more calories digesting them. You should also eat more as they are far more appetizing that over boiled mush. Your fitness bootcamp instructor will probably tell you to go brown when it comes to pasta, rice and flour. The white stuff has hidden sugars and gives you a sugar rush which makes you crave even more sugar thus adversely impacting your goal to lose excess pounds.

2. Forget the five a day rule – go for seven instead.

We all know the government recommendations are to eat five fruit or vegetables a day but this is not sufficient if you want to maximize the returns you get from your investment in the fitness bootcamp. You need to aim for at least seven different varieties and more would be even better. Not only are most fruit and vegetables a diets dream food as they are filling yet contain very few calories, they are also fantastic at detoxifying your system, flushing out fat pockets as well as protecting against heart disease and stroke.

3. Don’t try not to snack.

You will find yourself hungry after your fitness bootcamp workout so be prepared. Have some healthy snacks such as nuts, pulses as well as fruit and vegetables ready for snacking on. If you are exercising outdoors and feeling a little chilly, have some homemade soup. This is an excellent way of topping up your energy levels without impacting your waistline. Some people will tell you that you can afford to eat more as you are exercising so much at fitness bootcamp. You may certainly be hungrier but this isn’t a green light to start snacking on unhealthy calorie ridden foods. But if you need a treat, try having a small square of high quality chocolate. Note I said square and not the whole bar! Read more about 5 Top Tips To Lose Weight At Fitness Bootcamp →
